Animals were immunized with Hela cells that were infected with adenovirus 2. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with adenoviruses of human subgroups A through E as well as with simian, bovine, canine and swine adenoviruses. It does not react with avian adenoviruses. |
