Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): SacI/XbaI--3.2, 2.8, 0.35; XbaI--3.4, 2.9; HindIII--4.8, 1.4. Contains a truncated version of the CYC1 promoter that very weak and no longer inducible because of a deletion of most of the UAS2 sequence. High copy number shuttle expression vector. |
