The plasmid pDC201 was assembled from (1)the SV40 origin of replication, enhancerand early and late promoters; (2)the adenovirus-2 major late promoter and tripartite leader; (3)adeenovirus-2-virus-associated RNA genes (VAI/VAII) and, (4)pMSLV. (5)SV40 polyadenylation and transcription termination signals. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--3.8,2.5,0.63,0.3; PstI--7.0; XhoI--6.0,0.56. |
