Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BglI--5.6; BglI/EcoRI--4.2, 1.4; HindIII--3.0, 2.5; PstI--4.5, 0.8; PvuI/PvuII--2.8, 1.5, 1.3. Hybridizes to a series of NotI partial digest fragments, the largest being 1000 kb. The PstI polymorphism is rare (<0.05). Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BamHI, BanI, BglII, DraI, HinfI, NcoI, PvuII, TaqI, XbaI. |
