Morphology
Colonies on Czapek agar at 25°C are growing rapidly, attaining a diameter of 2-3 cm within 7 days (3-4 cm within 14 days), usually zonate in marginal areas, and strongly fasciculate especially in fresh isolates.? Colony color is yellow-green, intermixed with yellow vegetative mycelium. Exudate in fresh isolates is abundantly produced as brown drops. Reverse is yellow-brown to reddish-brown. Odor is pungent.
