This is not a full-length clone and is not infectious. pUC8 dT-tailed at PstI; cut with BamHI; 1st strand synthesis; dC-tailed; cut with EcoRI. pBR322 dG-tailed at PstI; cut with EcoRI; 752 bp fragment = 2nd strand primer.
