BTX-100 is a recombinant form of perfringolysin O (PFO) that contains a 6X His tag. The PFO gene was taken from ATCC® 13124™, cloned into BL21 DE3 E. coli and purified.

Btx-100 is a recombinant form of perfringolysin O (PFO) that contains a 6X His tag. The PFO gene was taken from ATCC 13124, cloned into BL21 DE3 E. Coli and purified.
Each vial of BTX-100 contains approximately 25 µg of PFO suspended in 50 mM HEPES (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT buffer.
