Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): NotI--3.0 (doublet); XbaI--6.0; PstI--5.8, 0.2. The plasmid contains two fragments from the HO promoter inserted in pUC21-NotI polylinker along with the kanMX selectable marker. It allows for targeted integration at HO locus. |
