Comments
It has an archetypal viral regulatory region and was tested by lipofection of EcoRI-linearized plasmid DNA into TC7 cells, with cells showing subsequent production of typical SV-40 CPE. Lipofection into TC7 and Butel lab CV-1 cells was verified.
