The depositor recommends using YRp7-17camp (ATCC 37630) as the reference for CAT expression and using the CAT assay methodology of Neumann, et al. One of a series (ATCC 37624 through 37634) of Escherichia coli/Saccharomyces cerevisiae shuttle vectors for investigating control of expression in yeast.
