Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): TaqI--0.75, 0.5 + smaller; BamHI--5.5; EcoRI--5.5; HindIII--5.5; PvuII--2.3, 1.55, 0.6, 0.55, 0.4. The MspI polymorphism demonstrates codominant segregation in 40 three generation families. Subcloned from cMCT15 isolated by YN-12 oligonucleotide; RFLPs observed under normal stringency (0.1X SSC). Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: RsaI, HindIII. |
