The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' end): SacI--2.9, 4.5, 9.1, 13.6, 15.5 (polylinker). Contains the pseudogene Vgamma1 and a non-productive rearrangement of Vgamma2 and JgammaP. The insert begins approximately 5.0 kb upstream of pseudogene Vgamma1 and extends 1.6 kb beyond Jgamma1.
