Detects genomic EcoRI fragments of 4.5, 12.0, and 14.5 kb in c(ch)/c(ch) mice. No homologous sequences were detected in albino mutants c(14Cos)/c(14Cos) or c(3H)/c(3H). Detects a mRNA of 2.4 kb (21S) in normal human melanocytes and melanotic melanoma cells. |
