A set of YE, YC and YI-type S. cerevisiae / E. coli shuttle vectors (ATCC 87585 - 87593) with LEU2, URA3 or TRP1 markers. The vectors have the pUC19 polylinker (all 10 cloning sites unique) and allow lacZ detection of cloned inserts.
