GenBank accession D00717 corresponds to the 3' end of this insert, which extends approximately from nt 2800 to nt 7300 of the SMV genome. Restriction sites flanking the insert at the 5' end are EcoRI, SacI, and KpnI and at the 3' end are BamHI, XbaI, SalI, PstI, SphI, and HindIII. |
