Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--6.3, 2.7; BamHI--7.0, 1.9; EcoRI/HindIII--3.4, 2.7, 1.1, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5; PstI--4.8, 3.4, 0.8; SalI--9.4. The probe GMG21S1 contains the same insert as pGSE8. GMG21S1 is inserted into the vector gtWES.B and is no longer available. Isolated from the lambdagtWES.lambdaB library of Krumlauf et al.
