Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.5; HindIII--3.5; NcoI--2.7, 0.8. pPD110 (ATCC 87224), pPD111 (ATCC 87225) and pPD112 (ATCC 87226) allow expression of inserts lacking transcriptional and translational initiation signals.
