Cotransfection of Sf9 insect cells with the clone and the linearized wild-type Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus (AcMNPV) (ATCC VR-1345) allows production of a recombinant virus expressing Timp and beta-galactosidase. Transfected insect cells should be grown at 27C. |
