Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--5.6; EcoRI/HindIII--2.9, 2.7; EcoRI/BamHI--5.4; BamHI--5.4, 0.25; PstI--2.8, 2.8; AccI--uncut. Pattern of deposited DNA matches that of our preparation. Codominant segregation demonstrated in 24 3-generation families. RFLPs observed under normal conditions of hybridization and washing. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: RsaI, BglII, PstI, PvuII, BamHI, HindIII, EcoRI. |
