Sterility Testing
No evidence of bacterial or fungal contamination. Mycoplasma testing was negative for the presence of mycoplasma.
Functional Testing
HeLa cells are transfected with a lacZ reporter plasmid. The peak activity and the cytotoxicity for the test lot is determined in a beta-galactosidase functional assay and compared to control lot.
