When HincII is nucleotide 1, Tn3 region extends from 3026-756 and beta-lactamase from 369-615. The promoter and part of the coding region for the Tn3 repressor (3025-3515) have been deleted. The Tn903 (1595-3025) region includes kanR (1922-2734).
