Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII--5.2; BamHI--5.2; EcoRI--4.2, 1.05; PstI--4.4, 0.68; NotI--uncut. Codominant segregation was observed in 4 informative families (21 individuals) for both the MspI and PvuII polymorphisms. ph Tg3 is a 680 bp PstI subfragment of ph Tg1 and shows the same polymorphic pattern as ph Tg1. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: EcoRV, HinfI, HindII, PstI, HindIII, BglII, StuI, BclI, RsaI, SaeI, KpnI. |
