The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the5' end): EcoRI--1.4, 3.2, 9.1, 10.7; 11.9; 13.8; HindIII--1.3, 5.8, 6.4, 8.3, 9.9, 12.1, 14.0; KpnI--3.4, 3.9, 8.1. Contains a non-functional V9-JP rearrangement generating a frameshift in the N diversity region. Also contains germline V2 and an unusual reqrrangement abutting V3 to J1 recombination signals in an inverted orientation. lambdaSP14 (ATCC 65836, 65837) and lambdaSP19 (ATCC 65838, 65839) are end clones from the same inversion (47 kb) event. |
