Includes part of intron 1 and exon 2; from approx 1188-2186 on Fig. 2, includes Pst I (2), XhoI, SmaI (2), SstI sites. Recorded as not polymorphic by Collaborative Research, meaning either not polymorphic in 0.8% agarose gels, or difficult to work with. |
