Detects the following murine genomic restriction fragments (kb): EcoRI--7-7.5; HindIII--5.5-6.0; BamHI--3.5-4.0. Includes nucleotides 68-1573 of the GenBank sequence. The coding sequence is from nucleotide 62-1498 of the GenBank record; the signal peptide sequence is from nucleotide 62-118 and the mature peptide is from nt 119-1495. |
