This medium is the recommended formulation for the axenic cultivation of Entamoeba, Hypotrichomonas, Mastigamoeba, Pentatrichomonas, Tetratrichomonas, Trichomitus, Trichomonas, and Tritrichomonas. It is provided freeze-dried, complete with 10% (1.5 mL) bovine serum, 1 vial prepares 15 mL of medium. |
