This EST does not at present match a nucleotide sequence record. Based on the size of the insert and the alignment with GenBank X14974 (genomic, last exon 4483-5598, end of CDS 4854), this clone appears to be derived from the 3' untranslated region and extends beyond previously reported sequence. |
